Cristiano Ronaldo scored a second half hat trick to lead the Serie A champions Juventus to a 4-0 win at home to Cagliari on Monday. Cagliari defended well in the first half to keep out the hosts in Turin, but four minutes after the break Ronaldo put his side ahead after making use of a defensive foul. Once Ronaldo had a clear chance, he was not mistaken, he wore his cheap football shirts and kept calm to defeat Robin Olsen, who was beaten again by the former Real Madrid star from the spot in the 67th minute. Juve is three points ahead of Inter in the table, with Antonio Conte's side traveling to eighth Napoli to keep pace with the eight-time defending champions. Ronaldo turns 35 on 5 February and has had 43 goals in 65 games since joining Juventus last season, with much more. Ronaldo, who completed the 36th league hat trick of his career, two more than Lionel Messi, took his number to 15 goals this season, including 13 in Serie A. fans in Juventus shirt are amazed at his performance. Juve is back in action on Sunday when they visit Roma in the Serie A after Cagliari hosts AC Milan on Saturday.
